CHAIRMANS WELCOME & FIRE SAFETY BRIEF
Public Comment – 10 minutes are allowed for the public to make any comments or ask questions.
1. Welcome and Apologies.
2. TO RECEIVE DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LOCALISM ACT 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interest and requests for dispensations.
3. Notes of the Allotment Committee meeting held on Monday 25th July 2022 to be approved as minutes.
4. Report from Liaison Officer to include
a. Update on the clearing of the rubbish.
b. Vacant Plot numbers.
5. To review plot fees for year 2024/25 and agree any changes
6. To agree to appoint new members on to the Allotment Committee, Resolution to be passed by Full Council.
7. Update following inspections of Plots by Committee Members and to agree subsequent actions to be taken
