Mr Ryan Calvert co-opted into vacancy. Declaration of acceptance forms signed and joined the meeting.
Two applicants have applied since the Council met with Mr Calvert. Meeting to be arranged with a view to fill the second space at the next meeting of the Council

Luisa McIntosh from NKDC discussed plans for improving community wellbeing. Community event planned at Village Hall on 22nd September

Dance Class on Saturday mornings – 09:00 – 11:15 – Resolved to agree that terms of hire to remain the same and no regular weekend bookings

S106 Documents
10.1
Councillors inspected S106 documents. Confirmed that all amendments requested have been made.
- Page 21 of 59 – Part B - Confirmation that no money shall change hands.
- Page 22 of 59 - Item 9.4 – Parish Council to agree to Play equipment to be installed.
- Page 24 of 59 – Part C - The Parish Council negotiated the community facilities contribution to 50% on or occupation of the 200th dwelling and 50% on or before the occupation of the 300th dwelling. The initial offer was:
- 20% on or before first Occupation of the 200th dwelling.
- 20% on or before first Occupation of the 400th Dwelling
- 20% on or before first Occupation of the 600th Dwelling
- 20% on or before first Occupation of the 800th Dwelling
- 20% on or before first Occupation of the 1,000th Dwelling
This has reduced the time from approximately 12 – 15 years before full contributions received to approximately 3 years.
- Page 35 of 59 – Part D -item 9 – Witham St Hughs to be included in NHS medical facilities should the strategy change.
