Minutes of the Extraordinary Parish Council Meeting held on Tuesday 12th January 2021 at 6.30pm
Present Cllr Harrison – Chair, Cllr Snape – Vice Chair & Cllr Fenney.

Agenda Items.
1. Welcome & Apologies.
The Chair welcomed everyone to the meeting.
Apologies were received from Cllr Linnell.
It was Resolved to accept the apologies & reasons for absence from Cllr Linnell.
2. To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ register of interest and requests for dispensations.
Non-Received.
3. To Resolve to fill by Co-option Parish Councillor Vacancy.
The Clerk made comment that she had received one applicant for the vacancy from Mr Stuart Branagan, details of which had been previously circulated.
After discussions it was Resolved to Co-opt Mr S Branagan on to the Council.
All agreed – show of hands.
Acceptance of Office & Declaration of Interest forms to be signed & returned to the Clerk.
